Ben Smithee
Founder
Ben founded The Smithee Group in 2014 after years in consumer research and has led it through every stage since. He sets direction for the group and stays close to the leaders of each company in it.
Jake Hensley
President, Wild Type Digital
Jake runs Wild Type Digital, the group’s agency. He joined TSG on the operations side and now leads WTD day to day. He’s a Tennessee native who will find a way to use technology for anything, and he still believes the best marketing starts with a story the data can back up.

Caroline supports Ben and the TSG team and keeps the details on track across every company in the group.
